Patients can use any Central Oregon St. Charles lab location, use their insurance, be billed directly by St. Charles, and view results in MyChart. Western Roots Healthcare also partners with Quest Diagnostics for laboratory testing. Patients may use any local Quest Diagnostics patient service center, use their health insurance, be billed directly by Quest, and access results through the Quest patient portal. Ulta Lab Tests is a discount lab service where you can order blood tests online at reduced cash prices and complete them at a local draw site. Patients must order the labs, pay, schedule, and provide results to provider but some labs are discounted up to 90%.
