Until credentialing is complete and Western Roots is allowed to bill your insurance company directly, a superbill (itemized receipt) will be emailed to you within 1–2 business days of your visit. This document includes the information your insurance company may require to apply the visit toward reimbursement or your deductible. Because coverage varies by plan and insurer, please confirm with your insurance company; some plans do not reimburse for out‑of‑network or superbill submissions.
