Helpful Links for Out-of-Network Reimbursement

Until credentialing is complete and Western Roots is allowed to bill your insurance company directly, a superbill (itemized receipt) will be emailed to you within 1–2 business days of your visit with the information needed to submit to your insurance company if allowed by plan for reimbursement or application to your deductible. Because coverage varies by plan and insurer, please confirm with your insurance company; some plans do not reimburse for out‑of‑network or superbill submissions.
